๐ Ingredients:
- 4 large apples (sweet varieties like Gala, Fuji, or Honeycrisp)
- ยฝ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- ยผ cup water
- Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice for brightness

- Peel, core, and dice the apples.
- In a medium saucepan, add apples, water, and cinnamon.
