Berry Spinach Salad with Pecans, Feta & Balsamic Glaze
Fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor, this Berry Spinach Salad is the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and crunchy. Juicy berries, creamy feta, toasted pecans, and a rich balsamic glaze come together for a stunning salad that’s both healthy and satisfying.
🛒 Ingredients:
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup pecans, toasted
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Optional: 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Optional Homemade Balsamic Dressing (if not using glaze):
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
🥗 Instructions:
- In a large bowl, add the baby spinach as a base.
- Top with strawberries, blueberries, crumbled feta, toasted pecans, and red onion if using.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
- If using homemade dressing instead, whisk together all dressing ingredients and toss gently with the salad right before serving.
