Easy Healthy Broccoli Pasta

Simple, satisfying, and packed with nutrients — this healthy broccoli pasta is a quick meal that doesn’t compromise on flavor. Made with fresh broccoli, garlic, olive oil, and a sprinkle of parmesan, it’s the perfect go-to for busy weeknights or light lunches.


🍽️ Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
  • 1 medium broccoli head (cut into florets)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan (optional)
  • Chili flakes (optional for heat)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Boil Pasta & Broccoli
    Bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package. In the last 4 minutes, add broccoli florets to the same pot.
  2. Sauté Garlic
    While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté garlic until golden.
  3. Combine & Season
    Drain pasta and broccoli. Add to pan with garlic. Toss well with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  4. Serve
    Top with grated parmesan and an extra drizzle of olive oil if desired.
