Easy Healthy Broccoli Pasta
Simple, satisfying, and packed with nutrients — this healthy broccoli pasta is a quick meal that doesn’t compromise on flavor. Made with fresh broccoli, garlic, olive oil, and a sprinkle of parmesan, it’s the perfect go-to for busy weeknights or light lunches.
🍽️ Ingredients:
- 200g pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
- 1 medium broccoli head (cut into florets)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ cup grated parmesan (optional)
- Chili flakes (optional for heat)

👩🍳 Instructions:
- Boil Pasta & Broccoli
Bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package. In the last 4 minutes, add broccoli florets to the same pot. - Sauté Garlic
While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté garlic until golden. - Combine & Season
Drain pasta and broccoli. Add to pan with garlic. Toss well with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. - Serve
Top with grated parmesan and an extra drizzle of olive oil if desired.
