🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 250g penne or fettuccine pasta
- Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)

- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in oil and butter until golden. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
