🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 250g penne or fettuccine pasta
  • Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in oil and butter until golden. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Add cream and broth; simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in parmesan. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken back in.
  5. Toss everything to coat, garnish, and serve warm.
