Patty Pan Squash Recipe: Roasted with Garlic & Herbs

📝 Ingredients:

  • 4–5 patty pan squash (small to medium, sliced)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated parmesan or chili flakes for garnish

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice patty pan squash into bite-sized wedges or half-moons.
