This Strawberry Cream Cheese Danish combines buttery, flaky puff pastry with a rich cream cheese filling and juicy strawberries on top. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon treat, it’s easy to make and sure to impress your family and guests.

🛒 Ingredients (Makes 6 pastries):
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting or icing drizzle
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Cut puff pastry into 6 squares. Score a smaller square inside each square to create a border.
- Spread cream cheese mixture inside the inner square on each pastry.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese.
- Brush the edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until pastry is golden and puffed.
