Ingredients
  

Wrap Assembly
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 0.75 cup BBQ sauce any style
  • 4 flour tortillas 8-inch
  • 1 avocado sliced, optional
Coleslaw
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Warm shredded chicken in a skillet over medium heat and stir in BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  2. In a bowl, mix coleslaw ingredients until well combined.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 15–20 seconds to soften.
  4. Layer BBQ chicken down the center of each tortilla.
  5. Top with a generous scoop of coleslaw and optional avocado slices.
  6. Fold and roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, add pickles or crispy onions. For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt in the slaw.
