- Warm shredded chicken in a skillet over medium heat and stir in BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- In a bowl, mix coleslaw ingredients until well combined.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 15–20 seconds to soften.
- Layer BBQ chicken down the center of each tortilla.
- Top with a generous scoop of coleslaw and optional avocado slices.
- Fold and roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap. Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crunch, add pickles or crispy onions. For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt in the slaw.
