Ingredients
  

Crispy Potatoes
  • 4 russet potatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
Burger Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Burger Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings and roast until crispy.
  3. Brown ground beef with seasonings in a skillet.
  4. Mix burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Assemble bowls with lettuce, potatoes, beef, toppings, and sauce.
