- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak generously with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in skillet and sear steak 3–5 minutes per side. Rest and slice.
- Add butter and garlic to skillet; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add parmesan and stir until smooth.
- Toss rigatoni with sauce and top with sliced steak.
