Ingredients
  

Bread Base
  • 1 large French bread loaf
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup crispy cooked bacon chopped
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions plus more for garnish
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the soft center.
  3. Mix chicken, bacon, ranch, mayonnaise, cheese, garlic powder, pepper, and green onions.
  4. Spread mixture onto bread halves and top with extra cheese.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
  7. Garnish with more green onions, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Great for game day or a quick family dinner. Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
