Method
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt, then fold in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Form into small balls and place on parchment paper. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth. Dip balls in chocolate and decorate with sprinkles or candy canes.
- Allow to set before serving or storing.
