  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup green olives drained and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra-virgin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is creamy but still slightly textured.
  3. Add most of the chopped olives and pulse again briefly to incorporate.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and fold in parsley and pepper. Add salt only if needed.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes. Blend longer for a smoother texture or pulse lightly for a chunkier spread.
