- Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil for 1–2 minutes per side, then remove from pan.
- Add butter to skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in orzo and toast for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour in broth, cover, and cook 8–10 minutes until liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Add cream and Parmesan, stirring until creamy.
- Stir in spinach, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Return shrimp to pan and warm through.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine after sautéing garlic.
