Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings flats and drums
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder aluminum-free
Dry Rub
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp brown sugar optional
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss wings with olive oil and baking powder.
  3. Mix dry rub ingredients and coat wings evenly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange wings in a single layer and cook 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Let rest 3 minutes and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, increase temperature to 425°F for the last 2 minutes. Works great with lemon pepper or Cajun seasoning too.
