Method
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss wings with olive oil and baking powder.
- Mix dry rub ingredients and coat wings evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange wings in a single layer and cook 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let rest 3 minutes and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, increase temperature to 425°F for the last 2 minutes. Works great with lemon pepper or Cajun seasoning too.
