Fish
  • 1 lb white fish fillets cut into strips
  • 1 cup flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup sparkling water cold
Base
  • 2 cups rice cooked
Toppings
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup pico de gallo

Method
