Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear lightly in olive oil until golden.
- Add garlic, broth, cream, Parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes to skillet; stir to combine.
- Transfer chicken to crockpot and pour sauce over top.
- Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours until chicken is tender.
- Stir in butter before serving. Garnish with rosemary or thyme.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp cold water and add during the last 15 minutes.
