- In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and spices until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped coconut cream with a spatula until fully incorporated but still airy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
- Spoon mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, cinnamon, and crushed pecans.
Notes
For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt and coconut whipped cream. Serve chilled.
