  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice, vanilla, and zest until smooth.

  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
