Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups chopped
Topping
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into pan. Chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.
  5. Fold in chopped peanut butter cups.
  6. Spread filling over crust and chill for 6 hours.
  7. Make ganache and drizzle over cheesecake.

Chill overnight for best texture and flavor.
