Method
- Crush Oreos in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press into pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and let it cool.
- Whip cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form. Chill.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt until smooth. Mix in melted chocolate.
- Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture until combined. Spoon into crust.
- Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
- Whip topping cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Spread over pie and garnish with Oreos or chocolate curls.
Notes
For a frozen version, freeze for 2–3 hours before serving.
