Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese whole milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, oregano, and Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Broil for 2–3 minutes if desired for a lightly golden top.
  7. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with roasted vegetables, pasta, or a fresh salad.
