Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, oregano, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes if desired for a lightly golden top.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
