Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Pat chicken dry and coat with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Toss baby potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Spread on sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces to the sheet pan among the potatoes.
- Toss green beans with oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange around chicken and potatoes.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F and potatoes are tender.
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra color.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle Parmesan cheese during the last 10 minutes.
