- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- Brush bread with olive oil and toast 8–10 minutes until golden.
- Rub toasted bread with garlic and allow to cool.
- Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese on crostini, top with smoked salmon.
- Garnish with capers and fresh dill, then serve.
