Pork Stir Fry
  • 500 g pork mince
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion or shallots chopped
  • 1 red chili optional

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and melt sugar until deep amber.
  2. Add onion and garlic, stirring quickly until fragrant.
  3. Add pork mince and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in fish sauce, soy sauce, pepper, and chili.
  5. Cook until sauce reduces and coats pork evenly.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and saltiness to taste. Serve with rice and fresh herbs.
