  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce about 15 oz
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 6 tortillas medium, flour or corn

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
