Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz chicken sausage fully cooked, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup red onion wedged
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Add chicken sausage and vegetables to a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Place mixture in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Serve hot with optional garnish.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results.
