  • 2 chicken sausages pre-cooked or fully cooked
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 zucchini sliced into half-moons
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Slice the chicken sausages and vegetables into similar-sized pieces.
  3. Toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the sliced sausages to the vegetables and mix lightly.
  5. Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Remove from air fryer, garnish with parsley or Parmesan, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic vinegar or chili flakes before air frying.
