Method
- Mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Place flour in one dish and whisk eggs with milk in another.
- Dredge each fish fillet in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with Parmesan-panko mixture.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook fish 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with parsley garnish and lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use fresh Parmesan and avoid overcrowding the pan.
