Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 2 cucumbers sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1-2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Slice cucumbers and lightly salt them. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain excess liquid and pat cucumbers dry.
  3. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, chili flakes, and chili oil.
  4. Add garlic to the dressing and stir.
  5. Toss cucumbers with dressing until coated.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, then serve.

Notes

Best served fresh for maximum crunch. Adjust spice level to taste.
