Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 5 oz baby spinach
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly cracked
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms in a single layer and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking briefly until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach and toss until just wilted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat, and serve immediately.
