Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
Wraps
  • 4 flour tortillas large
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Mix chicken, cheeses, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and spices in a bowl.
  2. Warm tortillas until soft.
  3. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and roll tightly.
  4. Cook wraps in a skillet with butter until golden and crispy on both sides.
  5. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and add veggies for extra nutrition.
