- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add Greek yogurt and olive oil, mixing until a dough begins to form.
- Fold in mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Add milk gradually if needed until dough becomes soft and workable.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead gently for 1 minute.
- Shape into a round loaf about 1 inch thick.
- Heat a greased nonstick skillet over low-medium heat.
- Place dough into skillet, cover with lid, and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Flip carefully and cook another 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Top with parmesan cheese and parsley before serving warm.
Notes
Cook slowly over low heat to ensure the bread cooks evenly inside without burning outside.
