- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Add Greek yogurt, melted butter, milk, and shredded cheese to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until a soft dough forms. Add additional milk if needed.
- Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead briefly until smooth.
- Divide dough into two equal portions and shape into flat rounds.
- Heat a greased nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Cook bread rounds covered for 6–8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush warm bread with garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
