- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Combine self-rising flour and sugar in a large bowl.
- Slowly stir in beer until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake 45–50 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
Notes
Use lighter beers for mild flavor or darker beers for richer taste.
