Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese if very chunky, then add to a bowl with flour.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead lightly on a floured surface.
- Divide dough into 4 pieces and shape into bagels.
- Place on baking sheet and add toppings if desired.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and firm.
