Ingredients
  

Fruit Base
  • 4-5 ripe plums pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method
 

  1. Wash, pit, and slice the plums into quarters.
  2. Blend plums, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Optional: chill the puree in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before freezing.
  4. Pour into a shallow freezer-safe container. Freeze 1–2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop into bowls, garnish with mint, and serve. Freeze extra 30 minutes for firmer texture if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping if too firm.
