- Wash, pit, and slice the plums into quarters.
- Blend plums, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Optional: chill the puree in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before freezing.
- Pour into a shallow freezer-safe container. Freeze 1–2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Scoop into bowls, garnish with mint, and serve. Freeze extra 30 minutes for firmer texture if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping if too firm.
