  • 4 English muffins split in half
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 slices pepperoni or toppings of choice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange English muffin halves on baking sheet, cut-side up.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each half.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
  6. Cool slightly, serve warm, and enjoy!
