Cookie Dough
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 0.33 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
  3. Mix in peanut butter and maple syrup until creamy and fully combined.
  4. Fold in oats and chocolate chips until evenly mixed.
  5. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  7. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Use extra ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and flavor. Store cookies in an airtight container for best freshness.
