Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
- Mix in peanut butter and maple syrup until creamy and fully combined.
- Fold in oats and chocolate chips until evenly mixed.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
