Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage pork or turkey
  • 3 cups frozen shredded hash browns slightly thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk whole or 2%

Method
 

  1. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread hash browns evenly across the bottom.
  3. Layer sausage and cheese over the hash browns.
  4. Whisk eggs and milk together. Pour evenly over the casserole.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. In the morning, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40–45 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Add veggies, bacon, or spices for flavor variations.
