Method
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread hash browns evenly across the bottom.
- Layer sausage and cheese over the hash browns.
- Whisk eggs and milk together. Pour evenly over the casserole.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40–45 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
