Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a lined baking pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into pan and bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Blend in caramel sauce until smooth.
- Pour over crust and bake 40–45 minutes.
- Cool gradually, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Slice and decorate with caramel and chocolate to create fox faces.
