Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Filling
  • 3 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
Decoration
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
  • 0.25 cup melted chocolate

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a lined baking pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into pan and bake 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
  5. Blend in caramel sauce until smooth.
  6. Pour over crust and bake 40–45 minutes.
  7. Cool gradually, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Slice and decorate with caramel and chocolate to create fox faces.

Notes

Chill thoroughly before slicing for best results and cleaner presentation.
