Ingredients
  

Parfait
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 0.75 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam optional
  • 4 mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a bowl whisk Greek yogurt, matcha powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Wash and slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
  3. Add a spoonful of granola to the bottom of each glass.
  4. Spoon a layer of matcha yogurt over the granola.
  5. Add a layer of sliced strawberries along the sides of the glass.
  6. Repeat layers of yogurt, strawberries, and granola until glasses are full.
  7. Top with strawberries, a light dusting of matcha powder, and mint leaves.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use high-quality matcha powder for the best flavor and vibrant green color.
