Ingredients
  

Main
  • 4 russet potatoes scrubbed and dried
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt
Toppings
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter optional
  • 0.5 cup sour cream optional
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
  • 0.25 cup cooked bacon bits optional

Method
 

  1. Scrub and dry potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place potatoes in basket and cook 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Slice open, fluff insides, and serve with desired toppings.

Notes

Russet potatoes yield the fluffiest insides. For smaller potatoes, reduce cooking time by 5–10 minutes.
