Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil.
- Mix spices and season chicken evenly.
- Place chicken in air fryer and cook 10 minutes.
- Flip, brush with BBQ sauce, cook 5–7 minutes.
- Flip again, add more sauce, cook until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer for best results. Adjust cooking time based on thickness.
