Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry to remove excess moisture.
- Mix olive oil and seasonings in a bowl and coat chicken evenly.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then brush with BBQ sauce.
- Cook for an additional 6–8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Always use a meat thermometer for best results. Add BBQ sauce in the final minutes to prevent burning.
