Ingredients
  

Jerky
  • 1.5 lb lean beef thinly sliced
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowls
  • Sharp knife

Method
 

  1. Slice beef thinly and trim excess fat.
  2. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add beef to marinade, coat well, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 160°F (70°C).
  5. Arrange beef in a single layer and cook 2–3 hours, flipping every 30 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before storing.

Adjust seasoning and drying time based on thickness and preference.
