Method
- Slice beef thinly and trim excess fat.
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Add beef to marinade, coat well, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Preheat air fryer to 160°F (70°C).
- Arrange beef in a single layer and cook 2–3 hours, flipping every 30 minutes.
- Cool completely before storing.
