Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb lean beef thinly sliced
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Trim fat from beef and slice into thin strips.
  2. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Marinate beef for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Pat beef dry and arrange in air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 180°F for 2–2.5 hours, flipping every 30 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before storing.

Notes

Slice beef evenly for best texture. Store fully cooled jerky in airtight containers.
