- Trim fat from beef and slice into thin strips.
- Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate beef for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Pat beef dry and arrange in air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 180°F for 2–2.5 hours, flipping every 30 minutes.
- Cool completely before storing.
Notes
