Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

  • Air fryer
  • Meat thermometer
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and brush with olive oil.
  2. Mix seasonings and coat chicken evenly on both sides.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Cook chicken for 8 minutes, flip, then cook another 6–8 minutes.
  5. Rest chicken 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer for best results and avoid overcooking.
