Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme optional

  • Air fryer
  • Tongs
  • Meat thermometer

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Rub seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Lightly brush chicken breasts with olive oil.
  6. Place chicken in air fryer basket without overlapping and cook 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 8–10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve whole or sliced, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Optional: Marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking for extra flavor.
