Method
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Rub seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Lightly brush chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket without overlapping and cook 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 8–10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve whole or sliced, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
Optional: Marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking for extra flavor.
