Method
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Toss broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in center of air fryer basket and vegetables around it.
- Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 14–18 minutes, flipping chicken halfway and stirring vegetables once.
- Ensure chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally, then rest 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with vegetables, lemon wedges, and parsley.
Notes
Vegetables may cook faster depending on size; check halfway through.
