Ingredients
  

Chicken and Vegetables
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • lemon wedges optional
  • fresh parsley garnish

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Toss broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in center of air fryer basket and vegetables around it.
  4. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 14–18 minutes, flipping chicken halfway and stirring vegetables once.
  5. Ensure chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally, then rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with vegetables, lemon wedges, and parsley.

Notes

Vegetables may cook faster depending on size; check halfway through.
