Method
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Rub chicken with olive oil and coat evenly with seasoning.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side down in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip.
- Continue cooking 8–10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest chicken 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for the crispiest skin.
