Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder optional
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 4 lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  3. Rub chicken with olive oil and coat evenly with seasoning.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Place chicken thighs skin-side down in air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip.
  7. Continue cooking 8–10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Rest chicken 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for the crispiest skin.
